Help when you need it

Keep the flight moving. We’ll untangle the rest.

Use the right route for account sign-in, billing, legacy access or flight-deck problems. New public members use automatic account access; existing code holders remain supported.

Use your account email. If the email is slow, check spam/junk, then request a fresh link after the resend interval.

Membership & billing

Stripe handles the card and subscription. SkyDeck unlocks automatically while Stripe reports the membership as trialing or active.

Membership details →

Legacy access code

If you were one of the members issued a code before public launch, continue using the grandfathered access route.

Use legacy access →

Pilot Network

Check microphone permission, the selected frequency and network connection state. Cabin audio is intentionally kept outside Pilot Network.

SimBrief import

Confirm the SimBrief username and flight plan, then retry the import. SkyDeck keeps the route context separate from membership access.

Cancelled membership

If Stripe reports the subscription inactive, SkyDeck closes account-based flight-deck access. End-of-period cancellations remain usable until the entitlement actually ends.

Public access

No manual codes for new members.

New customers create a SkyDeck account, start the 24-hour Stripe trial and receive access automatically. If the account page says membership is active but entry fails, sign out, sign in again and retry so a fresh membership session is issued.

Existing access-code members

Keep using the original route.

The two existing code-based members are grandfathered. Their token route remains live and is deliberately separate from Stripe membership so the public launch does not strand them.

Optional support

Support SkyDeck development separately.

Membership and donations are separate. A donation does not create membership access or change operational priority.

Privacy & access

Know which service handles what.

Supabase handles account authentication and entitlement metadata, Resend delivers authentication emails, Stripe handles billing, Netlify hosts the site/functions, and SkyDeck may use specialist voice/network providers for flight features.

Back to flying

Your account is the front door.

Public members sign in by email. Legacy members use the original code route. Both reach the same protected SkyDeck flight deck.
